General Right of admission is reserved by the Event Organisers at all times. There is no re-admission once you leave the event. Glass is not permitted at the event. No outside alcohol is allowed. Customers are permitted to bring empty plastic water bottles/containers. The event is strictly 18+. A valid photographic ID will be required on request at arena entrances to verify e-tickets and age. Search Policy At both the arena and staff/artist entrances, multi-layered searches will take place. These may include: Metal detector wands Profiled and random enhanced searches Bag and luggage searches Refusal to be searched will result in refusal of entry. Prohibited Items The following items are not permitted: Outside food and drink Bottles, cans, glass containers Animals (except registered assistance dogs) Professional recording or transmitting equipment Pyrotechnics, fireworks, distress flares, smoke bombs Laser pens, flags on poles Weapons or items deemed dangerous Illegal substances & legal highs (incl. nitrous oxide) Tables, chairs, stools, gazebos, parasols Food hampers, cool bags, or boxes Alcohol Large umbrellas (e.g., golf umbrellas) Bicycles Event organisers reserve the right to refuse any item they deem incompatible with public safety.
